EMERGENCY INTERVIEW PREPARATION. 911 YOU NEED AN EMERGENCY COACHING SESSION This program is designed to assist individuals who have recently been scheduled for an upcoming, very important interview. While your resume got you selected, it's the INTERVIEW that gets you the job offer. To succeed in this program, you must schedule your coaching session at least ONE WEEK in advance to prepare. BEFORE first session is a 30-minute Complimentary Assessment Call. Please note that not all clients are automatically accepted into this program. This program will be 2 One-Hour intense coaching sessions and a final 30 MINUTE follow up to make sure YOU ARE READY! Once accepted, your Chief Coaching Officer (CCO) will request specific information to design an expedient interview preparation process, including: • Mock interview questions tailored to the specific role. • Determination of the hiring manager's goals, preparing you to present your Presidential Message. This method helps you communicate your value with CONFIDENCE, CONVICTION & CLARITY, enabling you to interview for ANY role you desire. • Strategic Interview Questions that you can ask the hiring manager to gain inside knowledge of the working environment, challenges, etc. • Effectively build up your communication skills. • Final Exam to determined you are fully prepared. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 1. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their coaching session free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. A single additional reschedule is permitted without charge, provided the new session is scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. 2. Late Reschedule: If a client requests a reschedule within 48 hours of the session or fails to attend the rescheduled session, a $150 reschedule fee will be applied. 3. Missed Sessions: If a client misses a coaching session without prior notice, the upfront fee for that session will be nonrefundable. 4. Communication: All reschedule requests must be communicated via [preferred method, e.g., email or phone call] within the specified timeframe. 5. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to communicate any such situations as soon as possible. 6. Payment of Reschedule Fee: The $150 reschedule fee must be paid before the next coaching session is scheduled. 7. Agreement: By proceeding with the payment for the coaching session, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy. Once payment is completed, it is understood that the client has read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this policy. Note: It is the client's responsibility to manage their schedule and inform the coach of any necessary changes promptly. The purpose of these policies is to ensure the efficient use of coaching time and to respect both the coach's and the client's commitments. This addition makes it clear that by making the payment, the client is acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy.
