Program Goals Our primary goal is to empower you to effectively communicate your ROI (Return on Investment) message to those who are willing to listen and act on it. Commitment to Success To succeed in this program, you must fully commit, take extreme ownership, trust the proven process, and be willing to evolve in your career. In just a few weeks, you will learn how to create and leverage your OMC chart and master the art of your Presidential Message, which answers the critical question: “Why should we invest in YOU?” Benefits of the Program This program will help you stand out during interviews, develop an OMC chart to effectively present ideas in board meetings, and boost your confidence in showcasing how you can enhance a company’s bottom line. Additionally, it will assist you in identifying your true value and mission. Program Structure We will meet once a week for a 90-minute coaching session over the course of six weeks. At the end of each session, you will receive an assignment that your CCO will review during the following meeting. This program will require hard work, but in the end, you will reap the rewards. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 1. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their coaching session free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. A single additional reschedule is permitted without charge, provided the new session is scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. 2. Late Reschedule: If a client requests a reschedule within 48 hours of the session or fails to attend the rescheduled session, a $150 reschedule fee will be applied. 3. Missed Sessions: If a client misses a coaching session without prior notice, the upfront fee for that session will be nonrefundable. 4. Communication: All reschedule requests must be communicated via [preferred method, e.g., email or phone call] within the specified timeframe. 5. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to communicate any such situations as soon as possible. 6. Payment of Reschedule Fee: The $150 reschedule fee must be paid before the next coaching session is scheduled. 7. Agreement: By proceeding with the payment for the coaching session, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy. Once payment is completed, it is understood that the client has read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this policy. Note: It is the client's responsibility to manage their schedule and inform the coach of any necessary changes promptly. The purpose of these policies is to ensure the efficient use of coaching time and to respect both the coach's and the client's commitments. This addition makes it clear that by making the payment, the client is acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy.
